History

CMA was originally established in Victoria and operated a successful claims management operation for the fuel and energy sectors over many years.

The company was acquired by the current directors in 2000 and absorbed the then claims management function forming part of the Loss Adjusters Managers group.

The company has a substantial family orientation which has resulted in a very stable workforce. This feature of the company has allowed the development of continuity in business relationships and the building of a substantial store of experience, much of it in the Local Government sector.
